Learning environment
There are many things to consider when we talk about the learning environment. The ability of the student is one factor that must be taken into consideration. Self motivated students require less facilitation while less/non motivated students need more mediation. Teacher centered teaching, didactic teaching, PBL, student centered teaching are all some ways which are being practiced. All styles of teaching have their pros and cons. What really matters is whether this type of teaching suits the child and the subject that they are teaching

Every child has learning needs and when these needs are fulfilled they succeed in learning. On the other hand if the child's needs are not fulfilled, they create problems which basically reflect their dissatisfaction.

It is also equally important to assess the student so that one is aware of ones shortcomings and is able to fine tune those problem areas. There are many tools available to carry out these processes. It was also good to know about the psychologist who have contributed to LE
